Please read these terms carefully before using our Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using हँसो India (the "Service"), operated by Durva AI Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
हँसो India is an AI-powered Hindi comedy web application that generates original jokes using artificial intelligence and provides text-to-speech voice narration. The Service is available in Free and Premium tiers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Free and Premium Plans
Free Plan: Users receive a limited number of jokes per day (text only) with advertisements displayed during usage. Voice feature is available exclusively in the Premium plan.
Premium Plan: Paid subscribers receive 15 AI jokes per day, 3 voice narrations per day, access to all categories, and joke history saving. Advertisements are displayed for all users. Premium subscriptions are processed through Razorpay.
5. Payments and Refunds
Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected by the user. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
6. AI-Generated Content
All jokes and content on हँसो India are generated by artificial intelligence in real-time. While we strive to ensure content is entertaining and inoffensive, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We are not responsible for any content that may be perceived as inappropriate or offensive.
The AI-generated jokes are intended solely for entertainment purposes and do not represent the views or opinions of Durva AI Pvt. Ltd.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
- Distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Share your Premium account credentials with others
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logo, UI, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Durva AI Pvt. Ltd. Users may share individual jokes via the built-in sharing feature for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Advertisements
The Service displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Durva AI Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
